Mid-Level Support Analyst – Infrastructure and Systems (N2) - São José dos Campos

We are looking for an N2 Support professional with an analytical and multifunctional profile, who has solid experience in infrastructure and critical systems. This person will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and high availability of the environments, acting directly in the resolution of complex incidents and continuous improvement of services.

Education:

Complete higher education in Information Technology areas

Responsibilities:

• Act in N2/N3 technical support, investigating and solving complex incidents definitively
• Administer Linux servers and containerized environments with Docker
• Perform troubleshooting and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL)
• Analyze logs and identify root cause of problems in critical systems
• Act with support and customization in Zendesk (automations, reports, and integrations)
• Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall)
• Monitor environments with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix
• Support deployments, integrations via APIs, and maintain updated technical documentation
