ROLE CONTEXT:

Cômodo already uses AI and technology in production across various fronts. The issue is that it relies on processes designed for a single person to execute. Data is scattered across media platforms, CRM, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets, and each new automation solves an isolated piece of the puzzle.

Our solution is a restructuring of the triad of processes, technologies, and people to create an ecosystem designed to operate with AI and technology as its foundation, rather than in isolation.

You will have scope and autonomy beyond what is common in a mid-level role, because there is no layer of management between you and technical decision-making. If you are looking for a pre-defined roadmap to execute, this role is not for you. If you want to build from scratch and follow the solution through to production, you are in the right place.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

There are three fronts, and they are not phases. They are your day-to-day.

Automations and Integrations

• Build and maintain integrations between sources that feed Cômodo's Operating System (media platforms, CRM, WhatsApp, finance), via Python, SQL, and API;
• Automate processes that currently consume time for the traffic, pre-sales, and social media teams;
• Use n8n and other low/no-code platforms when they solve the problem, and write code when they don't, knowing how to differentiate between the two cases;
• Ensure what you build is monitored and documented, because automation without observability becomes technical debt.

Data and Analytical Infrastructure

• Model and maintain the tables that support reports, alerts, and dashboards;
• Write the queries that transform raw data from media, CRM, and pre-sales into reliable metrics;
• Help structure the data lake, including data that is currently unused because it isn't in table format (WhatsApp conversations, meeting recordings, etc.);

AI Products

• Build and evolve AI agents that suggest optimizations, generate creative assets, and score leads;
• Perform structured prompt engineering: versioning, testing, measuring, and improving;
• Turn judgments that currently rely on a few people in the company into products.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Practical experience with Python;
• Solid knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with LLMs, such as OpenAI, Claude Code, and/or Gemini;
• Consumption and construction of REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling;
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering;
• Experience with Git and GitHub;

STRONG PREFERENCES:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, etc.);
• Experience with automation tools and NoCode, such as n8n and Make;
• Knowledge of JavaScript;
• Basic knowledge of Docker;
• Experience with paid media data (Meta Ads, Google Ads);
