Job Details

Model: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

Hiring Type: CLT (Permanent Employment Contract)

Work Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Business hours

Responsibilities:

Support the development of solutions focused on performance and quality;

Suggest technical improvements based on best practices;

Support analysts and technical teams in defining solutions;

Work on system maintenance and incident resolution;

Participate in testing and validation alongside the QA team;

Assist with deployments, changes, and system monitoring;

Handle support requests and incidents.
