Java Developer with jCompany/Jaguar

About the Role

We are seeking a Java Developer to work on the development and maintenance of systems in Java EE using the jCompany/Jaguar framework. The professional will provide technical support to the team and contribute to the evolution of the application architecture.

This is a 100% remote opportunity, with a contractor (PJ) hiring model and standard business hours.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Designer, Architect, or Software Engineer developing systems in Java/JEE/EJB with jCompany/Jaguar;
• Or at least 4 years of experience in Java/JEE/EJB plus a training course in jCompany/Jaguar with a minimum workload of 120 hours, taught by a certified instructor;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or related fields;
• Or Bachelor's degree in any field + Postgraduate degree (minimum 360 hours) in Technology;
• Or Bachelor's degree in any field + Master's degree in Technology.

Mandatory Certifications

Must hold one of the following certifications:

• Certified Jaguar Architect (CJA);
• Certified jCompany Architect (CJA);
• Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA);
• Oracle Certified Master Java EE Enterprise Architect (OCMJEA).

Or a training course in jCompany/Jaguar (minimum 120 hours, taught by a certified instructor) + one of the following certifications:

• SCWCD, SCWSD, SCBCD, OCEJWCD, OCPJBCD, OCEJWSD;
• Oracle Certified Professional Java EE 7 Application Developer.
