Mid-Level Protheus Financial ERP Consultant

About the Role

Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the Financial module (SIGAFIN) and its integrations with Accounting (SIGACTB) and Billing (SIGAFAT) within the TOTVS ERP.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Advanced Configuration: Setup of the Financial module (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cash Flow, Reconciliation, and Bank Control).
• System Integration: Ensuring correct integration between bank remittance/return files and the ERP, as well as automatic reconciliations with the accounting department.
• Continuous Improvement: Mapping business rules, automating financial processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support and Training: Handling complex incidents, validating new versions, and training key users.

Profile and Technical Requirements

• Module Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SIGAFIN (Financial), with desirable knowledge in Accounting (SIGACTB) and Fiscal Books (SIGAFIS) modules.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Protheus architecture (SIGACFG, MPSDU), bank reconciliation routines, and fiscal/accounting integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical vision and excellent communication skills to align processes with management.
• Experience working as a Protheus Consultant.
