Main Responsibilities
• Environment Management: Create, organize, clone, and back up categories, courses, and virtual classrooms.
• User Administration: Manage enrollments, permissions, profile creation, and role assignments (student, teacher, tutor).
• Tool Configuration: Set up quizzes, assignments, forums, gradebooks, and course completion criteria.
• Maintenance and Updates: Install and validate plugins and themes, and monitor platform version updates.
• Level 1 and 2 Support: Resolve student navigation issues and assist teachers with content posting.
Mandatory Requirements
• Completed bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis or related fields;
• Moodle Expertise: Deep knowledge of the administration dashboard and native platform tools.
• Integrations (LTI and APIs): Experience connecting Moodle with academic systems (ERP), Zoom, Teams, or payment tools.
• Databases and Servers: Knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic Linux commands for diagnosing slowness or outages.
• E-learning Standards: Familiarity with SCORM packages and instructional design methodologies.
