Junior Academic Support Analyst | Systems / Help Desk

We are looking for a Junior Academic Support Analyst to provide support for academic systems, ensuring user assistance, platform configuration, and the proper functioning of institutional processes.

You will be part of a collaborative and innovative environment, contributing to the evolution of academic processes and the continuous improvement of solutions used by users.

Work Model

• Position: Junior Academic Support Analyst
• Model: On-site
• Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP
• Hiring Type: CLT (Permanent Employment Contract)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide user support (Help Desk), resolving tickets related to academic systems;
• Configure the academic system, setting up academic calendars, curricular structures, courses, and financial and tax rules;
• Identify failures and unexpected behaviors, performing analyses and escalating incidents to the development team;
• Assist users in utilizing system tools and processes;
• Create technical documentation and assist in requirements specification when necessary;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic processes;
• Work alongside technical teams and business areas to ensure solution quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Knowledge or experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and technical documentation;
• Knowledge of process management methodologies (PDCA, PMI, or similar);
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Advanced level Excel skills;
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical profile.

Differentials

• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with academic systems;
• Knowledge of academic routines, such as enrollments, academic transcripts, and MEC (Ministry of Education) regulations;
• Experience in user support and functional support.
