Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products. Work in agile squads and collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams, ensuring that applications meet functional and business requirements through manual and automated testing.
Model: Hybrid | 2 days per week on-site (Tuesday and Friday)
Hiring Type: CLT (Permanent Employee under Brazilian Labor Laws)
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM or 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Important: Fixed-term contract until December 2026, with high chances of extension.

Key Responsibilities
Testing and Automation
Identify and document test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and BDD.
Perform REST API testing, validating integrations between services.
Ensure traceability of defects, test evidence, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Integration and DevOps Culture
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with development and DevOps teams.
Promote quality practices from the start of the development lifecycle, focusing on continuous testing and frequent deliveries.
Work in agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, actively participating in squads.
Analysis and Database
Work with relational databases for data validation using SQL.
Perform validations on databases such as SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
Conduct critical analysis of tests, proposing improvements and identifying risks and impacts on systems.
Requirements
Experience with software testing and test automation.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and BDD.
Experience with REST API testing.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Experience with SQL for data validation.
Experience with quality tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
Knowledge of continuous integration and DevOps culture.
