About the Opportunity

We are seeking an AI & Legal Operations Specialist to lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions applied to the firm's legal operations.

This person will be responsible for identifying efficiency gains, structuring automated workflows, integrating tools, and implementing Generative AI-based solutions to support legal teams.

We are looking for a hands-on profile with a process-oriented mindset, capable of transforming operational activities into intelligent workflows using AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Generative AI solutions to optimize legal processes;
• Develop and maintain automations using n8n, APIs, and other low-code platforms;
• Integrate internal systems, CRMs, WhatsApp, and productivity tools;
• Structure document databases using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts;
• Organize, process, and make documents available for AI queries;
• Support the creation of internal assistants for legal research, draft preparation, and document inquiries;
• Implement continuous improvements in the firm's operational workflows;
• Collaborate with legal departments to understand needs and propose technological solutions;
• Participate in defining the firm's AI adoption strategy.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Practical experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs);
• Experience with automation using n8n, Make, or Zapier;
• Knowledge of system integration via APIs and Webhooks;
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);
• Knowledge of RAG, document vectorization, or semantic search;
• Ability to lead AI solution implementation projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Supabase;
• Knowledge of vector databases;
• Experience in Legal Operations;
• Experience in law firms or legaltechs;
• Knowledge of document management;
• Experience with legal research, jurimetrics, or draft production;
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering.
