Senior Product Designer (UX - Product Strategy)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong strategic vision to lead the evolution of our product experience. Your main challenge will be to reorganize complex workflows, structure a scalable information architecture, and transform a robust platform into a simple, intuitive, decision-driven experience.

Beyond creating visually appealing interfaces, we seek someone capable of deeply understanding the business and customer needs. We expect a professional who can conduct research, engage with users, map journeys, identify usability issues, validate hypotheses, and translate findings into high-impact product solutions.

It is essential to have experience building complex digital products, especially in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, fintechs, ERPs, or platforms with high operational complexity and large volumes of information.
