ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Executive at Bluemetrics in São Paulo will be responsible for developing and expanding the enterprise and mid-market client portfolio in the São Paulo market, bringing the company's data, BI, and AI solutions to the market. Hunter profile with farmer capabilities — opens doors, builds long-term relationships, and closes complex technology deals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in SP — focus on enterprise accounts and mid-sized companies
  • Manage and expand active portfolio: renewals, upsell, and cross-sell (BlueDocs, AI projects, analytics)
  • Conduct end-to-end consultative sales cycles: discovery, proposal, executive presentation, and closing.
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers and IT, Data, Operations, and Finance managers
  • Translate technical solutions into value narratives for different stakeholder profiles
  • Collaborate with the technical team and CS to ensure deliveries aligned with client expectations
  • Report pipeline and forecast with discipline via CRM

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B technology, SaaS, data, or IT services sales — minimum 3 years
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct technical and business conversations autonomously
  • Corporate relationship network in SP
  • Self-managed profile, resilient in long sales cycles
  • Ability to develop entry strategies for new markets and accounts
  • Familiarity with data, BI, analytics, or AI — contextual knowledge, not necessarily technical
  • PJ regime, structure for remote work with presence in SP

DIFFERENTIALS VALUED

  • Previous experience in data/analytics companies
  • Relationships in target sectors: utilities, telecom, industry, retail, financial services
  • Experience in consultative project sales or managed services
  • Intermediate/advanced English (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, international partners).
