Role Mission

Develop and evolve, with technical autonomy, the company's web applications (front-end and back-end), implementing high-performance systems while following the standards and strategy defined by the Tech Lead. Additionally, support leadership and the product team in mapping risks, timelines, and refining tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete front-end and back-end applications, following standards defined with the Tech Lead;
• Propose technical improvements and participate in technical decision-making for the area;
• Review peer code;
• Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables, with testing according to the definition of done;
• Support the development of Mid-level Developers;
• Participate in team rituals (daily, planning, review);
• Flag technical risks to the Tech Lead.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced React and TypeScript;
• REST APIs;
• MySQL;
• Java and Spring;
• Cloud;
• DevOps and CI/CD;
• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.

Differentials

• Intermediate English;
• Experience in mentoring or supporting mid-level and junior developers;
• Experience in an agile environment (daily, planning, review).

Work Model and Hiring

Contractor (PJ) hiring, with monthly compensation to be negotiated. The work model is hybrid, with two days per week onsite at our office in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
