Operations and Performance Controller

Versatily is a subsidiary of the Astrotur Group, headquartered in Fortaleza. The group operates through decentralized operations, in which local units maintain commercial autonomy under a KPI governance framework defined by the headquarters in Recife.

About the role

This is a newly created position established to structure the unit's KPI governance. The Controller will act as a technical partner to the local partner to raise the maturity of operational management, preserving the partner's commercial autonomy, with a direct reporting line to the Board and the Presidency of the Astrotur Group.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the unit's KPI and KR system, aligned with Astrotur headquarters standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs and report periodically to the Board and the Presidency.
• Structure the unit's administrative and operational processes and routines.
• Act as a technical partner to the local partner, without overriding commercial decisions.
• Identify standardization gaps between Versatily and headquarters and propose a corrective plan.
• Support compliance and internal audit of administrative processes.
• Proactively report operational and governance risks to the Board.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in KPI management, controlling, or operations.
• Proven experience in process structuring and implementation of KPIs and OKRs.
• Autonomous execution profile, with a track record of direct reporting to the board or board of directors.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in decentralized units or branches reporting to headquarters.
• Experience in the tourism or services sector.
• MBA in Management, Controlling, or Finance.
