Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), conflict resolution, and proactive removal of technical and business impediments.

Practical and theoretical mastery of agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

Advanced knowledge in configuring, using, and extracting reports from workflow management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

Ability to manage and present agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput) focused on team efficiency, predictability, and continuous improvement.

Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP) is desirable.
