IT ACCOUNT MANAGER – IT PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SÃO PAULO

Experience with placement of technology professionals (Outsourcing / Body Shop / Staff Augmentation).

Experience in expanding the client portfolio through active prospecting and consultative relationship building, identifying technical team needs and offering qualified professionals for placement (Dev, QA, Data Analyst, DevOps, PM, UX, etc.) aligned with clients' project demands.

- Experience with prospecting and opening new business (Hunting)

- Opportunity management and relationship building.

- Interface with recruitment and operations.

- Negotiation and closing.

- Post-sale and customer support.

Contract as a legal entity (PJ) or commercial representation (technology sector).
