Senior Java Programmer Analyst (On-site)

We are looking for a developer to work at a brokerage firm, in a dynamic environment focused on various development fronts and incident resolution solutions. The role involves frequent interactions with different departments, making clear and effective communication skills essential for the candidate to understand business needs and ensure accurate solutions to problems.

Activities:

Analyze and gather requirements for systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement improvements, as well as fix bugs in existing systems.

Actively participate in meetings with the technical team and users, aiming for a detailed understanding of demands and needs.

Guide and support users on custom processes, ensuring the correct use of implemented solutions.

Guide and support the team.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge in Java, MySQL, Node.js, and Docker.

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, promoting integration and efficient problem resolution.

Location:

The company is located in the Faria Lima area in São Paulo, near the metro.

Work Model:

4 days on-site and 1 day of remote work.
