Senior Requirements Analyst - Remote

Experience in eliciting, specifying, and documenting requirements.

Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and tools such as Bizagi, Enterprise Architect, or Lucidchart.

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and projects featuring continuous delivery (MVP, short release cycles).

Functional knowledge of financial products and services, including credit systems, payments, and customer relationship management.

Proven expertise in Function Point Analysis (FPA) according to IFPUG standards, with the ability to estimate, validate, and review technical deliverables based on this metric.

CPFS certification – Certified Function Point Specialist, issued by IFPUG.

Preferred: Experience in the financial market.
