A1 Viagens is a Travel Management Company (TMC) specializing in corporate travel, operating throughout Brazil. We combine technology, consultative service, and automation to simplify travel and event management for companies, allowing HR, finance, and administrative teams to focus on what truly matters.


Our portfolio of solutions includes:

  • Fifi – AI for bookings via WhatsApp/Teams
  • EVA – Corporate event management platform

About the Role

The SDR will be responsible for structuring and executing the top of the sales funnel, working alongside Account Executives to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and accelerate the sales cycle. The professional will focus on mid-sized and large companies that would benefit from the Fifi and EVA systems.

This is a strategic position: you will be the first point of contact between A1 and potential clients, shaping the company's value perception in the market.


Responsibilities

Prospecting and Qualification

  • Execute outbound cadences via email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, following the team's standard flows and messaging.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (company size, travel and event frequency, buying profile, etc.).
  • Use lead generation tools to build segmented lists.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM.

Product Demonstration and Positioning

  • Present the differentiators of Fifi and EVA clearly and objectively in initial approaches.
  • Adapt the pitch according to the decision-maker's profile (HR, finance, procurement, executive leadership).
  • Conduct the initial discovery conversation and identify the lead's profile before handing off to the Account Executive for the prospecting meeting.

Collaboration and Processes

  • Work in synergy with Account Executives to ensure a qualified handoff.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute with market insights gathered during prospecting.
  • Suggest improvements to cadences, templates, and approaches based on observed results.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of systems, SaaS, or technology platforms (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience in outbound prospecting: cold email, cold call, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with sales funnel concepts and lead qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt tone and language to the interlocutor's profile.
  • Organized to manage multiple simultaneous cadences and record activities in the CRM.

Differentials (Desirable)

  • Experience selling to companies with corporate travel management, events, or expense management needs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another corporate CRM.
