About 77Sol

We are a Solartech transforming the solar energy market in Brazil. We are a young team that likes to test, learn quickly, and build together. Things change fast here, and that is part of what drives us: processes evolve, new tools arrive, and every person has real space to improve how we work.

About the role

We are looking for someone to manage the Personnel Department with technical rigor and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be part of a lean and close-knit People team, with autonomy to propose and implement solutions. We do not want someone who only “runs payroll.” We want someone who looks at the process and thinks about how to make it simpler, more agile, and provide a better experience for those on the other side.

Responsibilities and duties

• Lead the onboarding process for CLT employees and hiring of PJ service providers, ensuring documentary compliance and deadlines;

• Execute offboarding procedures for CLT employees and contract termination for PJs, ensuring alignment with legal and internal standards;

• Manage and control vacation, leave, and absence requests, keeping the system updated and communicating with those involved;

• Monitor and record internal transfers, job changes, and employee regularizations;

• Control and monitor electronic timekeeping, ensuring correct recording of working hours, handling inconsistencies, and compliance with labor legislation;

• Process benefits and labor-related payment guides in partnership with the finance team;

• Conduct studies and analyses on benefits, proposing improvements and optimizations focused on cost-benefit and employee well-being;

• Review the payroll prepared by accounting, ensuring the accuracy of values and information;

• Review invoices from PJ providers for payment submission;

• Monitor union demands, collective agreements, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with labor obligations;

• Promote continuous improvement of Personnel Department and benefits management processes;

• Actively participate in team projects and initiatives, contributing with an integrated and strategic personnel department perspective.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience in Personnel Department routines (minimum 2 years);

• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;

• Experience with payroll systems;

• Proficiency in payroll calculations, vacations, 13th-month salary, terminations, and charges;

• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters);

• Experience with the Onvio system will be a plus.

Benefits:

  • Caju benefit;
  • Health and Life Insurance Plan;
  • Dental Plan;
  • Gympass;
  • Birthday day off;
  • Transportation voucher.
